Death's Family

This is my first review, so bear with me. xD
Wow, this is amazing! I love this picture. Now, to explain the ratings:

This drawing is very visually appealing. It's 'almost' symmetrical! The poses themselves
add to the mood of the picture, along with the monochrome color. The red of Liz and Patty's shirts grab the eye, and the textured blue of Lord Death the a very nice touch. One thing I especially like is the white outlining, so the characters stand out from the dark background.
The idea to draw "Death's Family" is not a new one, but this is one of the better ones I have seen. The poses are awesome, and the little things like Lord Death's cloak wrapping around Kid's feet and the grin on the Thompson sister's faces are a nice touch. So, high points for Originality also.
The technique is nice. It seems simple at first, but if you look closely it seems a lot more complex. As I said before, I love the white outlines and the blue textures to make the picture stand out a bit. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="387" title=" (Wink)"/>
This picture has lots of impact. Lots and lots. The monochrome color palate, and the flashes of red and the blue texture grab the eyes. The character's expressions portray some nice emotes in here, and it shows the bond of the family of Death. I'm not very deep at the best of times, but there IS emotion in this picture, and it is AMAZING.
